Private Lessons Policies
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking. All sessions must be scheduled through the official website (mstiffanysdance.com/book), and all payments are processed securely via Square.
Please note:
All sales are final. No refunds. No exceptions.
Once a payment is submitted, it cannot be reversed or refunded for any reason..
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Private lessons may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the lesson, and a new payment will be required to book again.

Due to advance studio rentals and limited availability, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted.

At this time, rescheduling is considered on a case-by-case basis for returning students. If a fee applies to secure a new date, it will be discussed directly with the client.

Failure to show up for your scheduled session without proper notice will be treated as a forfeited appointment.

Class Rules
• No gum, food, or drinks allowed during lessons
• Cell phones must remain off or on silent during sessions
• Anyone not participating in the lesson must remain in the lobby area
• Proper dance attire is required for every session
All dance bags, shoes, and personal items must be clearly labeled. Tiffany Davis and Ms. Tiffany’s Dance are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced belongings.

Dance Attire
Students should wear comfortable athletic or dance apparel appropriate for movement. Proper dance shoes are required for the style being trained in. The right footwear supports technique and helps minimize the risk of injury.

In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified if your lesson is canceled. If class is canceled due to weather, there is no penalty. Your lesson will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Health & Safety

To maintain a safe and healthy training environment:
Please do not attend lessons if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, sore throat, stomach issues).
Notify Ms. Tiffany as soon as possible if illness prevents you from attending your session.
Water is permitted in a closed container; no other food or drink is allowed in the studio.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that could affect your training, please disclose them prior to your first session.
Your safety and well-being are top priorities. Thank you for helping maintain a respectful and mindful space for all.
