Leaps & Turns is a technique-focused class dedicated to strengthening the fundamentals of elevation, rotation, control, and coordination. Dancers will work through targeted drills designed to improve balance, alignment, momentum, spotting, power, and landing mechanics.

These exercises are done as a group to build consistency, body awareness, and technical strength across all levels.

This is an open-level class, meaning all dancers are welcome. In this class, open level looks like working together through the same foundational drills while receiving individual guidance and corrections. When it comes to across-the-floor combinations or progressions, material may be assigned according to skill level so each dancer is appropriately challenged and supported.

Whether you are learning your first turns and jumps or refining advanced technique, this class provides a structured and encouraging environment where dancers can grow at their own pace while still training collectively.
