Free Improv Class: Launch Celebration
Join me for a special free improvisation class celebrating the release of The Improv Exploration Resource.
We’ll explore guided movement prompts pulled directly from the resource to help you reconnect with creativity, expression, curiosity, and freedom in your movement.
This class is open to dancers, movers, educators, beginners, and anyone interested in exploring movement in a deeper way. No choreography to memorize. No pressure to “perform.” Just space to investigate, feel, and move.
