👥 Floor Work Technique (Open Level)

Floorwork Technique is a drill-based class focused on the mechanics, safety, and control required for confident movement on and off the floor. This class breaks down foundational pathways including rolls, slides, weight transfers, and grounded transitions with an emphasis on proper alignment and efficiency.

Dancers will build strength, coordination, and spatial awareness while learning how to descend, travel, and recover without relying on momentum or impact. Ideal for dancers who want to feel more fluid, more controlled, and more confident in their floorwork across contemporary, jazz, and fusion styles.

Please note: All open classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you're unable to attend after registering, your class will be donated to our Community Pass Program, which provides free dance training to dancers in need.
