🎥 Contemporary Technique & Choreography (OPEN LEVEL)

Contemporary Technique & Choreography is a movement-based class that blends technical training with expressive choreography in a dynamic contemporary setting.

Class begins with a guided warm-up that may include improvisation to encourage body awareness, creativity, and connection to movement. From there, dancers move into across-the-floor progressions and technical exercises focused on contemporary fundamentals such as grounded movement, fluid transitions, balance, control, musicality, and floorwork.

The class concludes with choreography that allows dancers to apply the concepts explored throughout the session, combining technique with artistry, intention, and emotional connection to the music.

This class is ideal for dancers with some prior movement experience who want to strengthen their contemporary foundation while continuing to grow as expressive, versatile performers.

Please note: All open classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you're unable to attend after registering, your class will be donated to our Community Pass Program, which provides free dance training to dancers in need.
